Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using CarDesk (cardesk.net), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. CarDesk is operated by a small dev company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Description of service
CarDesk is a web-based business management platform designed for car wash and auto detailing businesses. It provides tools for product and service management, client tracking, visit recording, automatic invoicing, inventory management, and point-of-sale operations.
Your account
When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information.
- Keep your password confidential and not share your account with others.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Payment and licensing
CarDesk uses a one-time payment model:
- A single payment of $529 (or discounted price with a valid coupon) grants lifetime access to the platform.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 14 days of purchase if you experience issues.
Your data
You retain full ownership of all business data you enter into CarDesk (products, services, clients, visits, invoices). You can export your data at any time using the Export feature in Settings. We do not claim any rights over your business data.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws.
- Attempt to access other users\\' data or accounts.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
- Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform.
Intellectual property
CarDesk, including its code, design, logos, and documentation, is the intellectual property of its developers. Your payment grants you a license to use the platform — it does not transfer ownership of the software itself.
Service availability
We strive to keep CarDesk available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
Limitation of liability
CarDesk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may stop using the platform at any time. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
